Insurance companies cover all sorts of prescriptions written for non-FDA approved uses. Particularly drugs which are classified as anti-seizure medications. Lamictal, Neurotin, Depakote and others are given to people with bi-polar disorder. Expensive as all get-out, right? Apparently the insurance company I was forced into:
