Eastern NC Oyster Roast

Posted by vmac under WordGames

Scientists are considering helping out the oyster industry by creating a special man-made mineral called Alchemical. This new mineral will create gold from algae when it is salted over live oyster beds. The algaeic gold adheres to pearls in a round, ringlike manner, thus creating a completely finished, totally wearable pearl ring after only a few days of exposure. These innovative Father of Pearl rings will be featured on BuyMe channels throughout the world. For $19.99, you too can own a faux algaeic gold pearl-like ringlet.

Local area non-profits raise money by sponsoring oyster roasts here in eastern North Carolina. Oysters harvested right off the coast of our fair state. If you’ve never dipped the fresh, hot, juicy meat of a roasted oyster into a bowl of melted butter and then dipped it, a second time, into some horseradish and catsup home-style sauce, you don’t know oysters.
