I am
Valerie MacEwan, Publisher and Editor of The Dead Mule School of Southern Literature and blogger supreme-oh extravaganza grand ruler of the universe.
The term “River of Strange” is original, coined by writer-friend Phoebe Kate Foster and me years ago. Centuries ago in Internet years. The River of Strange is the title of our short story collaboration. Some of the posts on this blog are from a past experiment, the original WordWhore moment when I participated in advertising programs such as PayPerPost and SponsoredReviews.com. You will know many of these posts by their category: Sponsored Post.
This is not a monetized blog, in the true sense of the term. I just write the ads for some spare change for trips, like the previous one to Costa Rica. My writing an advertisement does not mean I personally endorse the product. It simply means I wrote an advertisement.
WordWhores are for hire. Of course… need some snappy dialog? A bit of clever reparte’? I’m your gal. Contact me and I’ll give you words for around $.29 a piece.
